Loyalty Program Innovation Sprints
Ideate around new direct-to-consumer opportunities that build and engage the Treasury Wine Estates community. The concepts needed to drive a deeper connection to the brands and optimize lifetime value through loyalty.
Research + Strategy:
Participated in a brainstorming workshop with stakeholders and had access to prior research on the target demographic
Created two rounds of rapid, high-level conceptual prototypes (thirteen in total) for testing and refinement
Conducted remote user testing interviews to gauge the strength of the ideas and the level of consumer appetite
Provided the client with four final concepts for an innovative loyalty program
